Sounds like a job for PBR. Need some info before we can supply a config -
1) does the data and PBX traffic come in on the same interface on the router eg. LAN interface
2) by the sounds of it there are 2 other links on the router (WAN possibly ?) and you want voice to go down one and data the other ?
3) If there are 2 links do you have a default-route for one of the links and which link is this ie. the link for data or the link for voice ?

Hi Jon,
it is T1/E1 interface that connects to PBX. it doesnt show up in "sh ip int b" command output.

Can't really help without answers to questions i asked other than to simply say PBR sounds like it may help.
Basically PBR is used when traffic is arriving on a certain interface and you want to send some of this traffic down one route and some of the traffic down another. From your description it's not possible to say whether this is your scenario or not.
