Router 2911 can not detect Fiber Module on 0/0/0 slot.

Dear All,

I am not able to use Fiber module just to terminate fiber directly on Router). initially when i add this module router detects and i also configure IP address but after that when i reload the router , the route asks for initial configuration prompt after i select N. after reloading i copy running into startup and then reload it. since then router is not detecting this Fiber Module.

What could be the reason ?

The FM could be faulty , its obviously supported if inventory sees it so there may be an issue with it , do you have another device to test in or another module to check in the 2911 ?

Does anything show in  the logs when it comes online , and after the reboot does it show in show inventory

Console into the router and reboot the router.  Post the entire boot-up process.
