Router C8200L-1N-4T | Last reload reason: Critical process cmand fault

hello everyone,

I have a problem with this router, I get Last reload reason: Critical process cmand fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)

Complete management of the equipment is lost until a physical restart is applied.

Do they know any solution to apply it.

hello @Luis Angel Melendez Fuentes The error message "Last reload reason: Critical process cmand fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)" indicates that the router experienced a failure in a critical process (cmand), which is the Command Manager process responsible for managing and handling CLI (Command-Line Interface) commands. This process crashing can result in the loss of management access, requiring a physical restart.

-Check logs: Use show logging and show platform to find more details about the crash. use (sh logg, sh platf. sh vers)
-Software bug: It could be a known issue. Check Cisco’s Bug Search Tool for your IOS version and consider upgrading or downgrading.
-Resource usage: High CPU or memory usage could cause this. Use show processes cpu sorted and show processes memory to investigate. use (sh processes cpu sorted, sh processes memory)
-TAC support: If the issue persists, reach out to Cisco TAC for further assistance.
-Also, a software update or checking for hardware faults should help resolve the issue.

-Enes

Find this file and attach it.  I want to see this.

Have a look:

Use the command:

dir bootflash:tracelogs/*.logs

And compare the date stamps of the output:

dir bootflash:core

This router has been crashing very regularly.
