Router Host Table doubt ........

Sir, I'm asking about host table configured in router. I studied that host table in router is an alternative for dns server. I configured host table in my router in packet tracer. The problem is i cannott ping pc to pc by name. But i can ping from router to pc with the name of pc's.

Im asking whether i can ping from router to pc by name ??

Im attaching my router configuration image file here.

Please help me ......

To enable PC to resolve the domain name, you need to specify the DNS setting on the PC. (for example, your router)

Also to make the router become a DNS server, you need the 'ip dns server' command on router.

Otherwise, the host mapping on router can be used by router itself only.

As u suggested i entered the command "ip dns server". Unfortunately, this command was not recognized. 

Im working with packet tracer.  I have attached the image file of my project.

Yes, i have entered the dns server ip as router's ip.

But cant find the result.

     Any solution ??
