router interfaces not getting up. trying to run ospf

Hello Seniors,

I am a beginner. I am doing a lab of OSPF but my routers interfaces are not getting up. I have run "No shut" on interfaces many times but it's not working. 

Please find below the packet tracer lab fine. 

Remember: all routers are in "Area 0"

Hello,

you need to use cross cables for all connections (dotted line). Attached the revised file (saved in Packet Tracer version 8.1.1).
