Router Rebooting Issue

We have a router that is experiencing high traffic utilization on the interfaces followed by a reboot.  This has happend twice now in 2 days with the same log message both times as below.

I am assuming that the configured from console by console is the router doing a hardware self check or something similar?

Anyone come across this issue before?  Possible RMA perhaps?

Can you post a "show version" ? Should state the reason for the reload.

I have checked that, was the first thing I checked.  It states normal reload.

There is also a CPU spike both times before the reboot.

Connect a console to the router a log all messages on Console using logging console command,It wil help you to log all messages before and during realod

Check for crashinfo in your flash or disk0 and send it to cusco TAc for analysis

I  somehow feel its not happening for utilisation. Can be memory issue / or IOS  crash

BTW whats your router model

The router is a 3925.

There are no crash dumps in the flash.  Connecting to the console for an extended duration is not really an option since this is in a datacenter and there are only certain people that have physical access to it.  If worse comes to worse then I guess I will need to whip someone to go out there and do it .

I'll open a TAC case.  Will post back if we find anything.

World all DC have same problem .We the People responsible for maintance have least right to access :-).

Cisco TAC is best Option followed BY RMA or upgrade /downgrade . Can be a known BUG as well

To answer the question in the original post - the message about configured from console by console is just indicating that the router was able to read the startup config and apply the configuration.

Has TAC reverted on any known bug in version 15.1 M4.If its impacting more pls consider RMA as we have not much choice to troubleshoot hardware issue in This forum

Alternatively if can try below

If its a new upgradation to 15.1 consider downgradation to a stable  version 12.2 or 12.3
