Routing Issues with Website Hosting on Cisco Networking Infrastructure

I'm experiencing routing challenges with my website hosted on a Cisco networking infrastructure, and I'm seeking guidance to troubleshoot the issue.

I have a website hosted on a server connected to a Cisco networking setup. Recently, users have reported intermittent connectivity problems when trying to access the website. Some users can access the site without any issues, while others encounter timeouts or slow loading times.

Key Points:

  1. The website is hosted on a server within our network, and we use Cisco devices for routing and network management.

  2. Users from different geographic locations and networks have reported issues, suggesting it might not be limited to a specific user's ISP.

  3. The website was working fine until a recent network maintenance or configuration change.

  4. We have checked the server and website configuration, and there don't appear to be any issues at that end.

  5. Network diagnostics show that packets are being dropped or delayed intermittently while trying to reach the website.

Questions for Community Support:

  1. How can I use Cisco IOS commands or tools to trace and diagnose routing issues affecting website access?

  2. Are there specific logs or configurations on Cisco routers or switches that I should review to identify potential causes of intermittent connectivity problems?

  3. Could recent updates or changes in the Cisco device configurations have inadvertently affected the routing paths to the server hosting the website?

  4. Are there recommended best practices or troubleshooting steps to isolate and resolve routing issues impacting website accessibility within a Cisco networking environment?

Any insights, guidance, or suggested steps to troubleshoot this routing issue within a Cisco infrastructure would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support! Here is the URL: https://capcutproapk.org/listen-to-me-now-capcut-template/

why don’t you start with router configuration comparison from before maintainance to configurations after maintainance, then tracert from endpoint reporting slowness to web-server and see the path it takes and vise versa, then do the same from working endpoint and compare. share what you find, can you also provide detail on what changes were made during maintenance window ?

-hope this helps-
