RSP-440-TR DRAM Problem

Hi

I was performing a firmware upgrade to my ASR9006 RSP-440-TR using turboboot. But the process fail due to no enough memory available. The RSP-440-TR it suppose to have 6GB of DRAM but it says that have 4GB. I start to receive multiples error and unable to recover the RSP.

I have perform upgrade before and never have a problem. For the node that i was upgrading i have the same RSP as this one and complete the upgrade without a problem.

This is the output of the total RAM in the bad RSP:

This is the output of the total RAM on the good RSP:

Total DRAM Memory: 6144 MB

It is possible that the RAM module on the RSP went bad?

I will appreciate your help interpreting these errors to know what is wrong with the RSP.

I can't use CLI Analyzer because the RSP won't boot the ios. I can't recover the RSP. I try to roll back to the previous ios version that the RSP have but I got the same error. The upgrade fail due to not enough memory available. From what I understood the RSP-440-TR have 6GB of RAM but this RSP shows me that it has only 4GB of RAM.

I tried to analyze the output that I shared manually but since the output is not generated by show-tech or by a show command the CLI Analyzer does not show me anything.
