RV042 PPPoE connection failed with a fiber-optic fully bridge Modem

Hi,

I have a problem with my RV042 Dual WAN VPN v3 with the last firmware: 4.2.3.06 and it was working fine until last week. My ISP changed my ADSL modem to a Fiber-Optic Alcatel Lucent 1-240w-A, They told me that They have to switch it to a fully bridge mode direct from ISP central. My Pc can establish a PPPoE connection. My problem is when I set the network Wan1 on PPoPe and I can't stablish connection to internet. 

The system log says:

[pppoe] sending PADI

Last message repeated 4 times

Last message repeated 5 times

I had the same problem and after many calls to technical support, I was told to put the in user name, full mailing address, not just the first part but full name@domainname.net.mx. And ready the router cisco got connected to Internett through the alcatel-lucent router connected in bridge mode. I hope you find it useful this information.
