I cannot access console port of RV260W switch . no response from router and stuck at black screen
console setting are default 9600 baud rate.
what is the console setting for this router? i cannot see any where in cisco document mentioned about it. so I assume it will be the same for router.
console cable is ok we cross verified with other switch console and its working fine
what could be the reason?

Most of the RV devices are managed using Manangement GUI - There is no console access (unlike any other Catalyst switch). as for as i know, this may be for TAC or Future use i guess.

somebody needs to confirm console wont work for the mentioned model.
i was able to do SSH before. and took running configuration backup.
client forgot password of the box. i tried to recover password but that didnt accept. client says they didnt change.
now i found that no access to SSH or console or through web. thats the situation

I Only see Factory reset is the option here. (to save time) But you can wait others comments if you have concens.

Yes we did factory reset.
and we reconfigured.
