RV340 Dual WAN Problem with NAT on Mobile Network connection activate

RaffaeleC

Hi to all,
I have a problem with NATs enabled on this router when the Mobile Network connection is active.

The NATs themselves are correctly routed when WAN1 and / or WAN2 is active.

Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

I confirm that the Mobile connection works correctly but only outgoing, not incoming.

I tried the Mobile connection in another environment without encountering the same problem.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?
Tnk'so much.
Raffaele

Are you looking to Load-balance both the WAN Links?

how is your WAN LB configured ? post the screenshot?

check the config :

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi Balaji,

Thank you for your suggestion.
unfortunately I can't see the link you indicated.
I confirm that the device always has only one active connection (Wan1 / Wan2 / Usb1 / Usb2) never two at the same time.
I am attaching the current MultiWAN configuration screen if I understand what you asked for.
I'm sorry but I'm not a specialist.
Thanks for your patience and for any solution you haveRV340-MW-LB.pngCiscoLogin_failed.png

Hello
you say wan2 works only egress when nat is enabled but works both ways when nat isn’t enabled correct?

I assume wan1 works okay with nat?

can you provide the running configuration of this router?

Hi Paul,
you say wan2 only works on exit when nat is enabled but it works both ways when nat is not enabled correct?
No, I say:
- NATs work correctly when the WAN1 or WAN2 connection is active.

- NATs don't work when I have a USB1 or USB2 connection activated
can you provide the current configuration of this router?
Of course I am attaching the zip file it contains xml of the current configuration, I hope it is useful to understand.
Thanks for your invaluable support
