Same MAc address of two Physical Interface...!!

I would like to know the mac highlighted below is the physical mac address of the interface and how it could be the same on two diff interfaces?

ASW2#sho int Gi4/43
GigabitEthernet4/43 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet Port, address is 0013.c405.6a3f (bia 0013.c405.6a3f)
... Description: Routed link to EME1-MDFA1-ART1 G0/0
Internet address is 10.255.164.14/30

ASW2#sho int Gi4/44
GigabitEthernet4/44 is up, line protocol is up (connected)
Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet Port, address is 0013.c405.6a3f (bia 0013.c405.6a3f)

By default many platforms share single MAC on many interfaces per platform or line card. On some platforms you can change tha manually and other may not support. It also varies on if you want to change MAC on physical port or L3 SVI interface. You can check the following page for more details:
