Serial interface UP line protocol up then down and up again....etc

hello i have new router 4300 series in my end and serial line and the outher end we have the ISP router im getting line protocol down  and lose connection and after a while line protocol up with connection coming back thats happen all the day we cant work in that situation thats my config  i hope u will answer me and am sorry for my english

problem solved thank you the problem was a hardware issues the ISP change some cables and some parts thank you

post the output of 'show interfaces serial0/1/1'

sorry but am far away from it in another office  like 50km and i cant acces with ssh duo to that problem but am going there soon and i will post the config later thank you

You can perform some troubleshooting from either office.

Please post the output of the the following:
sh interface serial x/x
sh controllers (serial interface)
debug ppp negotiation
