Serial is down/Line protocol is down

Cisco 2811 (2MF-T1) -->T1 Patch Panel --- Over Radio --T1 Patch Panel--> Cisco 2811 (2MF-T1)

Serial in down, Line Protocol is down. LP light is Blank, AL light is Orange and CD light is green. I have connected Card to T1 Patch panel using Crossover T1 on both sides. What could be wrong with it?

did you use the proper xover that T1/E1 needs and not just a ethernet RJ45 Xover?

i was using regular ethernet cable before that time even Cd light was blank, but after putting T1 (4 wire) CD light became green.

so you used this pinout for xover?

yes on both sides same cable.

do you see any Q921 on either end?  Have you looped the ports and move up the path? to see if you can isolate the issue?

So you have framing enabled and if so does this coincide with the NTU

Check your cabling

Perform a shut/no shut on the controller interface

it was working with same config before

the only thing changed was Fiber patch panels, radio link and cross over cables in between. and it stopped working on new link

that was the issue, wiring was done wrong for the xover
