I do some development for a local company and support, but there is one massive problem with their network.
The person who initially set it up, cannot be contacted and things are pretty much a mess, they have one wifi tower, and all the traffic from remote sites run there. Initially if anyone wanted to do any online banking it was impossible since they were "kicked" out.
As was found, the banks do not allow an IP change mid session of online banking. The reason for this was the fact that 8x DSL should balance the traffic, but the moment it started getting load it threw you from one IP to another.
The same problem occurs with SSH ,FTP , online gaming, VOIP etc.
Any ideas what might be causing this, and what would be the best way of solving the problem?
