SFP module is not detecting in Cisco 3845

Can anyone tell me what could be the issue with SFP(GLC-LH-SM ) which is supported by this platform is not getting dedected.

IOS :c3845-advipservicesk9-mz.124-10a.bin

the same is working in Cisco Switches.

Can you post the output of the show version here ?

Also are you getting any error logs on the router.

Only SFPs made by Cisco are supported on the Cisco 3800 Series. SFPs from oher vendors will not be enabled.

Is that the case here?
