sharing/split ISP bandwidth cisco

Dear guys,

i'm newbie. i have a tasks to share bandwidth by cisco 3560 switch.

we have 1 gigport uplink from ISP but total bandwith is 500/500 Mbit and have 1 network /27 from ISP.

we want to split/share this in 2 customer

1. 400 down/200 up (customer 1)

2. 100 down/300 up (customer 2)

can any one of us kindly provide me guide line how to configure above scenario?

For down bandwidth, you could police the ingress traffic.  NB: policing can be somewhat harsh.

For up bandwidth, you can direct each customer's traffic to one of your four egress queues and shape each of those two queues.  Or, you could also "shape" the port at 500 Mbps, and set bandwidth proportions 2:3 (this would allow either customer to use the other customer's unused bandwidth [something you normally do within an Enterprise, but likely not what you want to do for customers]).
