Should we include internet addresses in the computation of a checksum? how justify the answer

I have some questions regarding the checksum. If anyone help me to find these answer.

Of course one question i put in the subject line. The rest are as follows

1 Why might  a network frame include two checksums?

2. Does  a checksum enable the receiver to detect deliberate modifications to messages? Justification need.

3. Does a checksum enable the receiver to detect fabricated messages?
