show inventory gives unexpted output on ISR4331/K9

Hello Networkers, I have a question regarding the output of show inventory and the snmp entity-mib.

Normally when I need an inventory of a IOS box I use the entity-mib or the show inventory information. The entity mib gives a lot of output of field replaceable units (FRU's) and non-FRU's. The show inventory command only displays the items marked as FRU.

On the ISR4331/K9 the output of both ways seems to have wrongly marked some items as FRU. Here is the output of a show inventory. The things that in my opinion and experience with other Cisco boxes should be removed (be marked as non-FRU) I have marked with a strikethrough. Is this indeed wrong or is this a new policy to report those items as FRU?
