show ip interface brief

Can anybody explain me the output of the "show ip interface brief"?

In particular I wasn't able to find any documentation on the "OK?" and "Method" columns.

For the Method in particular what's the difference between "NVRAM" "unset" and "manual"?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

The method column is how the interface gets its IP address so NVRAM means from a config file in NVRAM and unset means that the interface doesn't have an IP address, manual means that the address has been changes at the CLI

Have a look at the following post for further info on these messages

I'm not too sure what the OK? column means and what would trigger a change in this status.
