Show Top-Talkers via CLI command

Can someone help out, I have an ISR4431/K9 running Amsterdam 17.3.5.  I'm wanting to issue a command via CLI to see top talkers.  I seem to recall using "show ip cache flow top-talkers" but that command is not available.  Not finding anything yet that helps me out.  Anyone know or can point me to the right resource or reference?

Hello @Richard Pidcock 

Cisco 4300 supports only Flexible Netlfow, which means you have to configure all three components:

1. Record

2. Exporter

3. Monitor

and apply the Monitor to given interface.

If the router is going to use Flexible Net Flow, make sure it is not on 16.X.X to avoid CSCvo20934.
