Hi folks,

Network architecture

User LAN ••à ROUTER••à FW-> Internet-> client Network

In detail about the connectivity:-

User are Sitting in the LAN Router will be default Gateway. From Router we have GRE over IP Sec VPN from Router Citrix URL will be Launched VPN. Firewall will be Just pass through for the VPN Peer. And Router WAN Interface will be NATED to Public in the Firewall

Please suggest what best we can do for improving the response.

Citrix server load response time is good. VM CPU and RAM utilization are fine.

Remote desktop applications, such as Citrix, are sensitive to delay.  If there's any along-the-path bottlenecks that congest, use QoS to insure the Citrix (screen scraping) packets aren't delayed by other less time sensitive packets.
