Hi, I am having trouble configuring SPAN on a 3945 with 15.0(1r)M13. gi0/0/0 is a HWIC I added because I was seeing the same behavior on the onboard ports. Is there a specific issue with this or am I mussing something?
rt(config)#monitor session 1 source interface gi0/0/0
% Incomplete command.
rt#sh int desc
Interface Status Protocol Description
Em0/0 admin down down
Gi0/0 down down
Gi0/1 up up
Gi0/2 down down
Gi0/2.472 down down
Gi0/0/0 up up
Gi0/0/0.10 up up
Thanks
Jacques

Hey
wont work on on-board ports span sessions not supported on routers , should work though on a EHWIC as per doc not sure on standard HWIC for 39 but HWICs are supported on 29 routers
What options does it give after the g0/0/0 ?

Sorry, MS Edge problems. Thanks, came right with embedded capture though. Only problem is DSCP marking is done after the capture is done, so not going to help carriers. But intermediary switch is the answer through. Pain the ass! No EHWICs.
