We have a site were Router WAN interface is configured with PPPoe - dial up. There is a requirement of publishing one application outside from same site. Is there any option to configured source static NAT pointing to dial-up WAN interface.

its possible with some challenges.
how will outside internet device and reach internally (since you have dynamic IP address)
in this case you need to use dynadns with EEM Script to update the IP address information. so you can allow the users can access internal resources.
1. Dyna DNS
2. EEM Script to update the IP.
3. Static NAT
4. ACL.

here is the example configure with Dynamic DNS

you need to setup static NAT for inbound using interface - it should work as expected. test and advise.
