here I can't able to get ping from one user end device to another user end device...but able to get ping on router attached on another side
r1- ip addr 12.0.0.1 fa 0/0 S.M. /8
ip addr 10.0.0.10 fa 0/1 S.M. /8
no shut down
command for routing GCM# ip route 20.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 12.0.0.2
R2 - ip addr 12.0.0.2 fa 0/0 S.M. /8
ip addr 20.0.0.10fa 0/1 S.M. /8
no shut down
command for routing GCM# ip route 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 12.0.0.1
pc1 - IP address 10.0.0.1
Default gateway 10.0.0.10
pc2 - IP address 20.0.0.1
Default gateway 20.0.0.10
Implementing on real environment
any solution..?

All interfaces are fa 0/0?

If fa0/0 everywhere is a typo, it should be OK as it is configured, as long as show ip interface brief lists all involved interfaces as up up.
If it is some emulator (e.g GNS3 etc) could be some bug, typically it is resolved with closing and opening lab again.

Are you trying in GNS3 or packet tracert? As it was mentioned previously, it could be a bug, try to use networks /24 instead /8. Your config looks good.

I got solution
it was firewall of my laptop was active so cnt able to get msg from outer any link
