Storm Control not working in cisco SMB series

hi,


storm control Broadcast is not making port down automatically when there is a loop in cisco SG-300 switchs.??

what can be the problem ?

Depends on configuration and what traffic is flooding to the ports.( you can set up the couple of settings, kb/sec, and % of traffic and unknow unicast/multicast&broadcast traffic. check the version was tested in the below document.

if all the settings are configure as expected as per the document, still not working,  suggest to raise SMB Cisco TAC ticket - they are quicker to help you.
