Switch C3560 dead, but power supply is on and fan system is on

i have problem with my cisco C3560x 24 port POE

Led indicator is dead but PSU normal and fan system ok

you can connect console cable and check for any output. if there is any error messages, you can get some idea what is happening. if there is nothing comes out in terminal using different working console cables, ... check first

nothing come out in terminal, i have been try some cable and i sure my cable is good

               - The device is broken (hardware fault) , have it replaced (RMA)

If you see PSU on, its completly dead, as suggested connect console and check is there any input you see if not TAC for RMA.
