Hi all,

What are the best catalysts to buy for the ccnp switching preparation??am thinking about

1 catalyst 2950

2 catalyst 3750

Plain 2960/2960G would do better than 2950. 

Sure, 2950 is a lot cheaper but 2960 has more features that will suit modern-day application.

I used a 3550 which are super cheap,     they cannot do PVLANs but everything else they managed to cover.  

not sure what the new switch exam syllabus is like so it may not be viable now
