 Hi!

I have a question, I was recently configuring iWAN on this device, it is a 2911 Router and adding some tunnels to the EIGRP process, however when I added a tunnel I noticed slowness in my device and lost connectivity to it. After a few minutes I had it and I noticed that it was restarted and when reviewing the command "show version" it indicates that the system was rebooted by the following error: "System was restarted by bus error at PC 0x34E1B534, address 0x89C65355 at 18 : 43: 14 CST Tue Sep 25 2018
C2900 Software (C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.7 (3) M2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

I also noticed that a crash file was generated in the team flash. This error because it was provoked?

Thank you,

Regards!

It looks like it's a bug. Raise a TAC to get them to help you with it. Use a console cable connection and re-try the same steps and monitor cpu use with "show proc cpu hist"
