T1 E1 Conversion

We have two fractional T1s. We would like to mux them together into a single fully utilized T1 and then convert it to an E1 in the same router. Is this possible using Cisco routers?

Hi

I dont think this is possible to convert into a single E1 interface without an external IMUX kinda device..
