telnet issue

we are having 6500 series switch.we are able to telnet the switch with network address as well as with interface address...several vlan are created in this switch.

now my question is that how can we telnet it with network address...

help me out plz as soon as possible

Hi

U cannot use the network address.u need to use any of the IP Address assigned to ur SVI's.

before that u need to enable VTY access lines.

router(config)#line vty 0 4

router(config-line)#login

router(config-line)#password
