The problem of the main upstream router (Cisco ASR 1001-X)

Dear team,

There is an issue with one of our router (Cisco ASR 1001-X). When we bind two fiber interfaces (with SFP) to implement the ether channel, one the interface shows as suspended and the other showed as bundled. But both of the interfaces were up. Then the port has the issue, replaced with copper SFP. And this EtherChannel's both interfaces got bundled without a problem.  If you can figure out what's causing this issue, please respond to us as soon as possible.
Thank You.

hi,

you're port-channel 1 has the 'no negotation auto' while the physical ports gig 0/0/0 and gig 0/0/1 has none.

try removing port-channel 1 config and built etherchannel again from scratch.

ensure layer 1 on gig 0/0/1 is working on both ends (up/up) before applying 'channel-group mode 1 active'

add the 'no negotation auto' on gig 0/0/0 and gig 0/0/1 and on the remote ends.

once both gig 0/0/0 and 0/0/1 are up on both ends, try to re-build etherchanel.
