Hi Comunity,
I have had a problem with a Router 7200 which has been restarted ocassionally. When I checked the info about the restart with the "show version" command, I dont understand the reason why the date of the "system returned" and the "system restarted" are different. It means:

Hello,
the following bug might apply (although you are using 12.4 this could still apply, as usually not all affected releases are tracked):
CSCdu81603
c7200 fails to save date & time to NVRAM
c7200/c7500 with some releases of 12.0 & 12.1 seems to fail in saving its system clock to the NVRAM when it reloads. The date & time of 'System returned to ROM by reload at -' will remain the same, no matter how many times the system is restarted. It will not be changed unless a ' clock set' command is issued.
[Condition]
Only when no time-source is set.
[Workaround]
Configure a time-source (clock calendar-valid or ntp).

Hi Georg,
The router has an ntp server configured and it is synchronized. Anyway, I set the clock to check if the problem persist.
