I have setup a ssl vpn gateway on the ASA. The problem is when I first time to initiate a ssl vpn connection from anyconnect client, it will take 1 to 2 minutes. But after that, if I disconnect or cancel it and reconnect to it, it will take only 5 seconds.
The message history on the client shows

[09/07/2015 11:43:50 AM] Please enter your username and password.
[09/07/2015 11:46:49 AM] User credentials prompt cancelled.
[09/07/2015 11:46:49 AM] Ready to connect.
[09/07/2015 11:46:56 AM] Contacting VPNGateway.
[09/07/2015 11:46:57 AM] Please enter your username and password.
