Thank you for the reply, I really appreciate it. Can you tell me how
exactly I would do this and would I do it on the 4500X?
I was trying to do a route map to stop advertising the tunnel destination
this morning but I wasn't doing it correctly as the recursive routing still
happens.

I have only had to do a route map once so I have very little experience
with it.

I really appreciate all the helpful suggestions.

problem of not pinging seems changed. I can ping loopback to loopback but I cannot source from other interfaces.
