Two Access Server headache

Two access server problems.

1. Is an 2511-RJ, which got stocked from time to time and in an attempts to reinstall, it got hanged without accepting key strokes from the keyboard again here is the output. (9600-8-N-1)

"Would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog? [yes]:"

Please it is not a cable connection problem because it boots up whenever restarted and stays here.

2.The second is a 2511-ASYN, with the following output,

Router(boot)>

How can i get out of the output to reinstall this?.

Even after pressing CTRL+BREAK, >o/r 0x42, followed by i, the router will bring me back to the same prompt.

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
