Hello,
I would like to terminate TWO ISP link on a single router
(ISP-I)----|----router---PIX-----switch
(ISP-II)---|
Please can someone provide a sample configuraiton or cisco link of sample-configuraiton.

friend
since these are 2 different ISP's you cannot loadbalance the traffic unless you have your own resitered public address space.
IF this is not the case, then you should configure PBR to loadbalance the traffic. The pix can NAT certain subnets to one ISP address space and the rest to another and Router can use PBR to send the traffic accordingly
HTH, rate if it does

I tested PBR but didnt work.
IF you can pass the cisco sample config link for PBR would be helpful.
Thanks
