Two Tunnels One destination One router, is it possible?

Given:

1) No protocols running

2) No VRF feature

3) No Loopback Feature

4) Two difference source, WAN 1 interface and WAN2 interface

5) Destination for both IPSEC VPN tunnels are same.

6) Pre-shared key is different

7) Tunnel-1 formed, and paired with WAN-1 as source and destination IP

8) Tunnel-2 while forming gets error as same routing policy applied.

9) Need a way to create a different routing table

10) Both tunnels need to be in Active-Active mode and not in Active-Standby mode.

By how many ways it is possible to create two tunnels two tunnels in AA mode on single router/firewall.

If it was about simple GRE tunnels you might be able to configure and operate two tunnels with different source addresses to the same destination router. But my experience is that with IPsec it is not possible to have two active IPsec tunnels from the same source router to the same destination router.
