Hi.
We are currently in the process of changing WAN providers.
We will move from Provider 1 to Provider 2.
I'm looking for some help on how we will configure the Nexus switch in one of the DCs, in order for routes to go via new provider when moved over.
We are currently thinking of tagging the routes and lower the AD on the routing tables.
Attached is the scenario at the moment.
Any input will be appreciated.

EIGRP prefer interfaces with higher bandwidths. Assuming the two providers connect on different L3 interfaces I would just put a "bandwidth xxx" command on the providers interface I didn't want to prefer. Just specify a bandwidth lower than what is reported on the interface you do want to use.

Hi and thanks for the feedback.
Provider 1 uses eigrp but we are not going to use eigrp with Provider 2. Only BGP.
So, you're saying better to use bandwidth than AD?

If you are going to use two different routing protocols then rely on the AD.

Hi.
Can you configure BGP and eigrp on the same nexus?
If yes, is there something we should know or do?

Yes. There are no tricks to do it.
