Hi,
I want to achieve below task, please suggest me if you have any suggestion.
I have 2 WAN links 1st is 10mbps and 2nd is 10mbps. I have Cisco 2900 series router and both the links are connected on it.
1. Two WAN links bandwidth need to be use as single bandwidth
2. Morning 10.00am - 6.00pm office hours internet speed should be 10mbps for admin office and 10mbps for guest wifi .
3. After office hours (6.00pm to next day morning 10.00am) internet speed should be 5mbps for admin office and 15mbps for guest wifi .
4. On Sunday also same as above point number 3.

You have not told us what kind of WAN links these are and that might make a difference in how we answer your question. Given the speed of 10 mbps I am guessing that these are some kind of Ethernet based connection. And in that case there is not a good solution to achieve treating them as a single bandwidth.
With two WAN links it would not be difficult to use one for admin office and use the other for wifi. I do not see a good way to have the different speed for wifi as you describe giving it greater bandwidth after hours and on Sunday.

Unless your two WAN links can be bonded in some fashion like MLPPP, you might not be able to treat their combination of bandwidth as a "single" bandwidth.
As to your bandwidth allocations per time of day requirements, something might be accomplished by using service polices tied to time-of-day ACLs.
