I have a HQ site and a branch site connected via an ME ISP network. The issue that I have with the two sites is that when I check under the sub-interfaces for the RX and TX load on the HQ they are not the same as that of the branch site. For example the RX and the TX on the branch site would be 125 tx and 240 rx and the HQ shows a different picture. At the HQ router the RX and TX would be sitting at 7 tx and 10 rx. I would like to know if this is normal or is there something at work here. To add to the above, at the HQ router I have other sites that also use the same ME ISP environment with the same issue. The HQ router for all the sub-interfaces it has the same RX and TX load which does not make sense.

What "speeds" are two gig ports running at.
Are there multiple active subinterfaces on the HQ side? If so, I recall (?) TX/RX might only apply to the physical interface load.

On the HQ and branch side the bandwidth stipulated is 25M. The HQ router has multiply sub-interfaces

The question then becomes, why would Cisco have tx and rx load under the sub-interfaces if they do not have any use

The answer about why rx and rx load show up under the sub interface is probably that Cisco has a template for output of show interface which includes the tx and rx fields and when they implement the code for supporting the subinterfaces they use the template that has those fields whether or not they have meaningful data.
I would not be concerned that the output from HQ does not mirror the output from the remote. Each device is measuring its load over some time interval. And it is likely that the devices are not using exactly the same time interval.
