UBR License Conflict

I can't load a permanent license as an evaluation license is already in place. Clearing of the evaluation license fails. Any ideas on how to remove the eval lic?

Looks like it won't remove the license since you have features configured that are using that license. You will need to remove the configuration that's using the license, remove the eval license, install the perm license, and add the configuration back in.

We have tried to remove the Evaluation license but recieved an error. Is it possible to remove the license while this unit is in a production enviornment? Is there anyway to leave the config in place?
