UBR10K CMTS Invalid SNR Reporting on 5x20 Card

We have upgraded our UBR 10K from 2x8 line cards to 5x20 line cards. After the upgrade all ports reported a drop of 5bd, but we have verified that these are invalid reports. Have you heard of this issue? I show no known bugs on Cisco's site, maybe I'm missing it.
