Unable to add a PC to a Network domain

Hi,

We are unable to add a host to a Network domain (ex: lab.com) which is ending up with some error message as "The network path was not found". However, some of the hosts are already connected to this domain and are working properly. The Source end where we are facing this issue has got an MPLS link and an ADSL line as backup. Currently the hosts which are connected to the domain and which are working fine apart from one of the host which is not able to connect to domain are all going through the MPLS link.

Suspecting this as single PC issue which is not able to connect to domain , we tested to make another working PC  by removing it from the domain and then tried to add it back to domain but it started to end up with same error message as "The network path was not found".

What could be issue cause for this and what can be done in this case to overcome this issue. Kindly advise ..
