unknown Logging message form HSRP !

dear experts !

I has a logging message like this :

SB: Vl217 10.10.5.1 found in IP hash table, Inactive

this ip address is hsrp gateway address. I had searched about it, but i've got nothing.

This message is generally seen because HSRP debug is turned on. Could you please check that.
