While not having the USB running is minor, I would like to be able to get everything working properly.
Thoughts or suggestions?
Thank you

Cisco routers are particularly "sensitive" to what type/brand of USB thumb drive used. The thumb drive may be "supported" in Cisco switches but it is no guarantee the same thumb drive will work with routers.
Newer IOS has the ability to disable the USB port.

Hello,
according to the post below,it is a software bug, and you need to down or upgrade.

I want to know the exact firmware version.
What are you plugging in, a USB thumb drive or a USB HDD?

A variety of USB Flash Drives. 4GB, 8GB, and 16GB.
I had formatted one of the 16GB drives to have a 4GB FAT16 partition, based on what I had read on another post.
the flash drives work fine in a G350 switch.
