Video/Voice QOS

We are starting to look at putting video over our AT&T MPLS Cloud. We have a 4.6 meg port with a 2.28meg cir. Our COS from AT&T is Ingress 60/40/0/0 and Egress 60/67/22/11. Attached is our current QOS Setting. There are only two classes set up now; Voice & everything else. I need to setup up 3; Voice, Video and everything else. The voice is a mixture of Cisco/Avaya PBX. Can anyone make some suggestions to what I should change the COS Settings to as well as a simple QOS design?

MPLS provides QoS using the three experimental bits in a label to determine the queue of packets. You statically set the experimental bits in both the VC label and the LSP tunnel label, because the LSP tunnel label might be removed at the penultimate router.
