Virtual-access trouble

Hello

I have a 3725 routeur configured to receive the PPP/ATM/DSL connexion of our customer.

I have found that the routeur has created 1035 virtual-access (1035 is his max) but I only have 85 customer on this router

Does any one has been through this kind of trouble? What could trigger this behaviuor?
