Switch#show interfaces f0/1 capabilities

I have the command switchport voice vlan 200 , it doesn't work

If I change the IP-telephony manual , from option -  lay 2 qos - 802.1q/vlan tag to 200 , it works properly

why .

since this is an older version and switch, I am not sure if all the commands below are available, but your port should look like this (enable mls qos globally first):

Note : the 2960 connected through hp procurve through trunk ( F0/1 , f0/2 )
