Vpn tunnel

Hello: We have a cisco 881 router which is configured for our Verizon Private network.

We use this network for our Cellular Remote locations. We have about 30 units in the field and add 1 about every 2 months.

This all works just as we need it, But I would like to add another VPN to allow special programming to a device behind the cellular/modem/router.

Let me try to explain:

Each of our cellular modem/routers have a static private IP from Verizon 172.16.x.x (and each location has a LAN address of 10.1.x.x)

Our Cisco router is on a Public Static of 157.185.x.x (and the lan = 10.10.10.x)

I want to create a VPN from the cisco (157.185.x.x(lan 10.10.10.x)) to the remote site at 172.16.x.x(lan 10.1.x.x)

Have I made myself clear?

Can anyone suggest how I should configure the config file.

NOTE: this router can only be configured by CLI!

Thanks

Hello,

you want to build a site to site VPN between your Cisco 881 and...what ? What devices are at the cellular/remote locations ?

There is a PLC, which will always be at the LAN 10.1.x.101 and this is actually what I need to get to!

Vpn tunnel from our office 157.185.x.x(lan side 10.10.10.x) to remote location (This is on a private network at 172.16.x.x(Lan side 10.1.x.x) .

Hello,

what brand/type is the PLC ? Can it be programmed to terminate a VPN ?

No - Nothing in the PLC can be programmed, but I have to ask, What difference would this make?

I want to create a VPN tunnel Site to Site this way what ever devices I add to that local LAN I would be able to access.

The PLC is Allen Bradley.
